Mayor Parker has made more investments in police in this single budget address than I've ever seen from any other democrat/republican mayor.

Most people don't know much of anything. 😂
We paid for this twice. The old insurance bldg at 46th and Market
And the rehab of the old Inquirer Bldg at Broad and Callowhill.
The only valuable thing is the move of the ME/morgue to the new police HQ. Certainly helps control the chain of evidence.
The new PPD commish reminds me of Charles Ramsay. So hopefully that's a good sign.
