Hi Debbie, thx for asking. I don’t know what country you’re in but you can search Dyson.com and see where the Airwrap is sold near you. I bought mine at Sephora during the Beauty Insiders 20% off sale.. it’s expensive! They also sell the Virtue Voluminizing Spray. Or search Virtue Hair Products to see who sells near you. This one is also expensive but I love it. The smoother is Aveda but I’m not stuck on it. Just a dab of any smoother to keep the frizz down is good! I use a different one in the little short I did showing the drying in a bit more detail. Thx for watching!

I like historical sites, like Gettysburg, Savannah, etc. I also hope to get to Machu Picchu one of these days. My brother lived in Colorado for 20 years. On my visits he showed me all over Colorado.
It looks like a good place to just 'disconnect' from daily life. Well apart from the lack of power. Hopefully that got sorted. Gosh that water looks absolutely amazing 😍. Usually i Love both% sightseeing in a wonderful city like Florence but having a couple of nature trips with waterfalls and forest hikes as well. I love yachting trips as well when you can find spots that are not much accesiible to tourists by land and you feel like this beach is your own

With my Mom we usually at the sea and go for a lot of hiking there.
If with my friends we just mainly sit down and craft or be creative.

Hi Noelle, thanks so much! I use Virtue Voluminizing Spray and I hate to tell you that it’s very expensive!! It’s lasts a long time and is the best I’ve found for my hair. In the video I used the Aveda Smooth Illusion which is lovely but I’m not stuck on it, I have a few that do the job just as well. Just don’t use too much smoother or then it’s just flat head!😂

Amazing! I might have been your first fan and you are almost at 88K! WTG. Was that a Gynormous sponge?! Nice place you have there in the tropics. I remember a past video where you guys played trivia at one of those restaurants. Anyway, for me the last couple trips I made were to Montana to see my Dad. Amazing place. I like taking pictures, so nature hikes and seeing some of the sites are always at the top of my list, and then whatever my folks want to do. I'm pretty easy. Hopefully I can get down to Texas to see my kids and grandkids at some point. If it's next Spring I can try and get some wildflower photos in the Hill Country near Austin. Cheers!

Awww, love the Bahamas! About 15 years ago I went to a conference in Palm Beach hosted by the Bahamian gov't regarding selling property in the Bahama's. I'm a palm beach realtor...I was seated next to a Bahaman woman who was interested in selling property that was handed down from her family. We met up a few days later and she gave me copies of slave registers that tie to the property she now owned on one of the smaller islands. What a shock that I would have in hand these documents!

I’m dying to go to the Maldives, I’ve heard it’s STUNNING!! On my list for sure! Been to Nassau tons of times as we often do that route on our way to our place. Totally different holiday but some lovely resorts. I’ll be looking forward to your Spain report 🇪🇸

I use the Virtue Voluminizing Primer. Sadly very expensive but it lasts a long time and really makes a difference for my hair. I also use a little bit of smoother, (cuz my hair can also be frizzy!) but not too much of it flattens everything! In the video I used Aveda Smooth Illusion. At home I also use Olaplex No6 Bond Smooth 👍🏼

You look great but you definitely have good genes, mama 😂. Exercise is wonderful but it comes down to diet. I'm 41 and in better shape than my 30s, feel better overall and stronger since I've been resistance training over a decade and I lightly practice IF. Honestly just eat when I genuinely feel hungry. Every day is different and I am methodical with most of my meals , but I guarantee I am eating less overall calories than you and your stomach is super flat 😂 I don't mean any harm but genesand the way you eat are the primary factors for your physique. I just can't do large portions anymore (my stomach hates a lot of food at one time, so do I, and usually it's straight to the bathroom ). Anyway,you look great but I am curious how many calories you eat in a day. I have figured my maintenance and do keep track but right now I'm less rigid, just IF, eating when hungry.
Hi Dana, thanks for your comment! You sound like you’ve got a great routine worked out! I don’t track calories but am very cognizant of what I eat. I’ve done a few videos where I have tracked so I’d say 1600-1800 calories a day is my normal range. ❤️ 😘

Just got back from a week in Vegas. Had a good balance of a lot of walking, lifted in the gym, tons of pool time, beef Wellington and diner food, no setbacks to my fitness progression at all.

Your home in the Bahamas is beautiful ! I really enjoyed this sneek peak into your vacation life. I've been to The Atlantis there a few years back and It was great . We were surprised that the water was so cold, even though, it was great ! That's the kind of vacay I like.
My favourite vacations are the relaxing ones. All inclusive resort, good food, lots of reading on the beach!
We used to go on 2-3 trips every year. #1 was sit on the beach, #2 was golf for my hubby while I kinda rooted around and #3 was site seeing someplace like the Grand Canyon or Hawaii etc. Now we are older and kinda traveled out for now but we are starting to get some ideas for traveling some time in the next couple of years. I retired 2 years ago and my hubby will retire in the next few years so it’s coming 🩷
