  • Is it possible to live for 150 HEALTHY years?
    How about 200 years?
My guest on the show this week, SERGEY YOUNG believes you can!
He backs it up with the keys and strategies to doing so
He gives a detailed look into brand new breakthroughs in science and technology that can help you do it now and gives you a vision of the emerging strategies coming in the next 10 to 20 years!
Sergey is easily one of the most UNIQUE guests I’ve ever had on my show. It’s impossible to not be CURIOUS about what he thinks and how he plans to reach those goals.
Sergey is a longevity investor and visionary who founded the $100 MILLION LONGEVITY VISION FUND to accelerate life extension technological breakthroughs and to make longevity affordable and accessible to all. He looks for cutting-edge investments that are exploring ways to make it possible to reverse aging and treat previously incurable diseases.
He also recently published “THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF GROWING YOUNG” which explores a lot of the exciting breakthroughs taking place and how these may impact you sooner rather than later.
Although we touch on the science of aging, Sergey and I spend a lot of time on PRACTICAL steps you can take NOW to LIVE LONGER.
Do you want to know what MEDICAL SCREENINGS you should do to let you live longer?
Do you want to know the right way to EAT to live longer?
How about gaining a better understanding of the importance of SLEEP and why it should become your SUPERPOWER?
I know a lot of you enjoy WINE and COFFEE. Would you like to know how those two beverages affect your health? You don’t have to give them up, but there is an optimal amount for good health.
Sergey also gets into an explanation of the science behind the aging process and how it’s possible to more effectively treat diseases than ever before. You need to hear what he has to say about GENETIC EDITING, CRISPR, HORMONE, and OXYGEN therapy.
This is not a just discussion about living longer. It’s a discussion about IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE so you can live longer… A LOT LONGER!
    0:00 Intro
1:39 Why Sergey believes we can live up to 200 years old
4:20 Being intentional about living longer affects your life
6:40 Doing medical screenings will let you live longer
14:07 Meaning of eat early and less often
19:01 Quitting bad habits & making sleep your superpower
25:28 How wine & coffee affects your health
30:17 Do free radicals affect aging?
    34:48 Genetic editing & CRISPR
    46:25 Sergey's thoughts on NAD
48:20 Sergey's thoughts on hormone therapy

  • @nksknz1458
    @nksknz1458 2 года назад +1

What I Have realised is that we can remain young and increase our longevity by 1) Food habits to be controlled. Eat as less as possible with only pure vegetarian food. 2) Be always in the PRESENT. That means no day dreaming and thinking about the past or the future. That doesnt mean you cannot plan the future. But be in the present as much as possible. 3) Sleep is very important and that too deep sleep. 4. Managing our mind with no anger, anxiety , emotions and stress. 5. Be contented in what you have and whatever happens in our office or house hold and relations. Once you are controlling the food habits and needed exercises and sleep, there is no need of going for any check ups. Keep your stomach under control and no diseases can overtake you. Our body can fight any viruses or bacteria if we are healthy. But ensure that we are not consuming chemical poisons.

I really appreciate Sergey sharing his knowledge and your effort to ask great questions. I just started reading his book. But one thing that he said in this interview that throws me off a little is about red light therapy. It seems to me that he hasn't done much research on how Red light therapy works or what is photobiomodulation. Red light therapy does not produce UV light which he said the benefit of having red light therapy is getting Vitamin D. It's an incorrect statement. Photobiomodulation's spectrum of light is in between 630nm and 860nm which triggers our mitochondria. If Sergey is saying, using red light therapy helps your body to reduce its side effect from UV radiation of the sun, then he is correct. That means you can stay out in the Sun longer period of time without damaging your body

I feel as if this conversation left out the females of humanity. Hormone levels drop precipitously in women once we hit menopause. I don't think sleep is going to fix that hormonal issue in any measurable way. Having said that, if there is some way that a regenerative method can be used to grow younger (maybe in pill form?), then perhaps the hormones can return on their own.

The program Ed, and fellow vlogers sounds and may yet be THE global revolution of the millennia since the results are a flawless boast.Books available where though? Kindest regards gentlemen..David

Exactly, human lifespan is capped in the Bible at 120. As far as Jean C. Living till 122 is concerned. Theres been a question regarding her birth certificate and wrong date. God gave us 120 yrs. And 80 in Vain. Nobody will live longer.

You have no idea what a wretched world looks like, you are living in a golden age.
Stop watching the swamp's media. It wants you helpless, ignorant and fearful so that you are easier to control. The masses are controlled by being convinced they do not control their own lives.
