Ed, you’ve been my daily inspiration for the past year. I just did something very scary and suddenly… I quit my 9-5 to focus on my business and told my roommates I was moving out and I’m packing all my things and moving to Vegas in 2 weeks from California to pursue my goals. I went to RUclips to hear one of your videos for inspiration and this was the one that popped up first on my home page.. I’ve been praying a lot about what I should do and almost backed out.. this was just a sign that I’m on the right track and I need to follow through.. I wouldn’t be making these decisions if god didn’t have a plan for me. Thank you for all that you do, I am so grateful for you. 🙏🏼 ❤

Don't give up. I drop of school because of lack of finance in 5grade. I was 10 years old. I got married at 18. I hade my first son 19- second 21- third 24 years. Work at fast food restaurant making $7.50. at age of 30 got my GED. Two years later associate degree and bachelor now master degrees with no debt no support from anyone. U need focus. U can achieve anything u put your mind to it.

At the time this video was posted, I was in the middle of a storm. I grew bigger than i have before, and so did my problems. I didn’t know how to deal with my problems in a less stressful way. I developed severe anxiety, panic attacks and worried to the point where I dropped from 94kg to 74kg body weight, all through stress and worry. I don’t ever want to be there again. I wish i knew more then, and applied it as Ed Mylett just explained it all.
For any one out there that is going through a tough time, believe me, there’s a always a light at the end of the tunnel. I lost everything, and started again. Worry and stress killed me financially, but couldn’t kill my hunger and motivation to do it all again.
Ed has the most clear English that I ever heard! It's impressive how well he speaks! Despite the fact he's amazing! Great job man 🙏

As we post, as we teach, as we share things to others we also teach ourselves and we both grow. Love it!
I'm taking action on expanding my social circle, and increasing my skills and interaction with others as friends.
Seems like when you have minor problems, it's much easier to explore several possible decisions about it. Such as, different plans of attack or trying different methods of solving a problem. As long as you know the risk results of failure is minimal, trying and failing doesn't matter as much as long as you make a choice.
Big Ed - another very practical guideline on how to THINK about problem solving and then take decisive action. It all sounds so straightforward when you lay it out but in practice we often gravitate toward old behaviour of “fight or flight mode”. I have come a long way of becoming more AWARE OF MY OWN THOUGHT PATTERNS and this has, as you very eloquently lay out, been key to confront things with more clarity. I found now often that a so called “problem” is actually just a normal challenge which doesn’t require panic, stress or any other emotional rollercoaster. I love your “show me the size of your problems, and I will show you the size of your success!”. Writing out stuff on the 15% big challenges is also a very good tactic. It was great to shake your hand in St Louis (Barend (Dutch) from London) #MAXOUT
The typical fight or fight,response and options are the norm.
When we encounter a challenge or a problem, we default to the norm as the default setting.
The third option that negates this default setting and unlocks chain of options,is to stand our ground, construct and use our frame to work, which puts the fight and flight under our will,to use as a tool.
Have a stand to which to construct your frame,to work with in a proactive measure rather than being just reactive, because you can now respond to problem or adversity,with an ability that's not just generic or generalized,but is just specialized and personalized to you and your person.

Hi Ed a friend and colleague of mine posted this video on Facebook, which is what brought me to your channel. I have to tell you (strange as it may seem), it made me cry. You see I have been a single mom for over 15 years and my three grown boys have gone without the love and guidance of a father because of his alcohol and drug addiction. When I saw this it affected me deeply for my self but even more so for my boys. They deserve to have the love and guidance you bring. This is for sure gonna make it to them. I found Ed thru Bedros Keuilian and now on my vision board and bucket list is to meet both and be a guest on both podcast. 38, 8 year active Marine combat vet rough childhood and trauma just like most of the men I inspire to be like and achieve like. I'm at the point I'm tired of being at the bottom and living paycheck to paycheck. Still currently in that situation and just staying focused on nothing but positive mindset changes in routines and habits and thought process. I listen and read the books currently Can't Hurt Me Goggin 2nd time another bucket list meet and train with. Thank you for all the insights, inspiration, and encouragement to change lives! It's changing mine now!

I lost my husband Jack after nearly 58 yrs of marriage but staying healthy with the right food after 3 yrs caring for him I am now back as full time as I can be. Watching our problems through the eye of an unbiased person, being completely detached from any emotions and finding the best possible solution is the other important thing to know. Shifting our mindset about the meaning we give to the "problems" in our lives is also a game changer. Once we know that Problems are there to serve us rather hurting us, then we will enjoy the process of solving them, as Ed mentioned, without any worry, stress or anxiety. Such a great video and so inspiring. And so true! I made a decision to go for the Master of Wine, I flooded that decision with certainty (even though most was on faith) and I took insane action. I also love that Ed's in a wine cellar talking about this...LOL. Ed- side note, I see a bottle of DP...unless those are empty champagne bottles, get them out of the lighted display and lay them down where it's 55F, they will last so much longer and keep better ;)

Love is never guaranteed, its a risk which we take which we think would make us happy. Please tell us should we follow never give up policy when in a messy situation of love, crush,etc. I could have asked the same to my fucking broke friends but i am going to utilise my energy to ask it from a 500 million dollar man. Please tell me you can only show me the right path i request you to make a video.

Life is what you live each day. True meaning of life is your dream. Your purpose is what your doing daily. You get up in a day with joy your heat living your purpose. Your life has meaning. If it's to be hear at this time. Your gifts, time, talent, single, married , a friend, teacher, bussiness, all your life gives more meaning than you will ever know. Being a neighbor. Someone sees everyday your gifts, and talents. Even just to say hi that day. It's countless meaning of life there so many. You created the life you live. You can change it in some way creating more to your life. It's your journey on a path. Are you saved?

So good! My process that I call “leadership clarity” is to be able to articulate the situation, the outcome, and perceived obstacles. The commitment to writing it down is golden! Also love your distinction that decisions are built on probability. ( we will never know the outcome of the choice we didn’t take.)

The one thing I am going to take action on today is to step out of my comfort zone. I approached someone and prospected them and got their number yesterday - today I called them. I got their voicemail,but I still did the action and called them!!
