I bought a grow light 9 w screwed into a regular lamp I use a pole lamp it didn't seem to bother me at first but the next morning my eyes hurt so bad so last night I only turned it on at night time I just have a small corner of plants in that room but I ended up moving everything else I had into that room to benefit from the grow light
