In this video I am reviewing my favourite LED grow light in 2021 - this is the PlantSpectrum 32 LED grow light by Mother. The PlantSpectrum 32 grow light is the best grow light for houseplants I've tried so far. I consider this LED grow light my favourite because it not only provides a full spectrum but it also offers a great quality of light that simmulates the sunlight, which has proven to be great for my plants ! Hey! Thanks for the great video, I just bought a nice Strelitzia Nicolai myself and was thinking of boosting the sunlight with this light. I was wondering. Where did you put the light? I was thinking of hanging in above the plant for maximum efficiency. I wanted to find it on the mother life website but I couldn't.
How far to u place it to the plant
Can you also say something about energy consumption? Does the LED need a lot of electricity?
And they are waterproof.
What is the beam spread for this light, please?
Hi! This is such a great question! I am not sure about the exact number but I can tell you they have two models: PlantSpectrum16 and PlantSpectrum32 (the one I have). Just to give you a bit more info about these: PlantSpectrum16 -- uses 16watt and it is 40cm long, whereas PlantSpectrum32 -- uses 32watt and is 80cm long. It all depends on how far you will place your light from the plants, and how many plants you want to help with it. You can of course find more info about each one of them in their website (I added their link in the description) and please feel free to ask anything else!
I will send an email to them and ask about the exact numbers/how to calculate the beam spread and will let you know what I find out :-)
