You don't realize how tight 311 really is as a band until you try covering this simple-sounding song. You need to be very precise with the drums, and you need to fight the urge to rush on the bass with all the stops it has. Their precision is so underrated.

I was working in the Loop and these guys played a pop up live show in Daley Plaza probably around the mid 2000s. I still remember stopping by on my way to the El standing in my suit just jamming out to these dudes.
