Everyone in the band is from Bruno’s Band (The hooligans), they’ve been performing with Bruno Mars since his debut. Background singers are Kameron Whalum (his trombone player) and Jimmy King (his trumpet player).
Let’s not forget his brother on the drums yes he looked out for his people when this group came together this was genius on both Bruno and anderson‘s part
The trumpet player at this performance is Maurice Brown from Anderson's band The Free Nationals.
Good look on pointing that out Hannah. They’re vital to the group overall as well. In addition, the trumpet player on this performance is from Anderson’s Band, the Free Nationals, and the Pianist on the Little Richard Tribute is also from the Free Nationals. People from Bruno’s and Anderson’s bands have contributed to their live performances.

@@dianenelson3499 I’ll agree that paak is fantastic but at the same time he had far more influence on the album than Bruno did, like it screams paak. I’ll once again agree that paak is incredible and is an incredible artist, and on this song specifically he shines. On the first verse especially with “sprinkle some truffle on your mashed potatoes”. It’s fantastic from paak. But at the same time Bruno could’ve commercialised the album on his own if he wanted to. Also, Bruno’s voice on the final chorus is fantastic and it really should be admired. He had the chance to show off and he let paak properly shine. This will introduce a brand new audience to Anderson paak now, which is the most important thing

The two guys that are singing backup are from Bruno's band the Hooligans, One plays a saxophone and the other plays a trombone. they can sing and dance while playing their instruments. Check out their last BET performance of Perm and you will see that,

They certainly do their homework. Each performance is FLY...brilliant. Kam on the left of Bruno is his trombone player from the Hooligans and Jimmy his trumpet player. You'll see them in all the videos with Bruno from a decade back. Bruno is certainly happy for Anderson to shine. Part of why this collaboration works....great reaction. The two backup singers behind bruno go by Kameron Whalum and Jimmy King, u see them in the music videos, the live performances, and pretty much all the concerts.
The background dancers are from Bruno's band "The Hooligans" they are Kameron Whalum his trombone player, and Jimmy King his trumpet player. All the other players are from Bruno's band as well. Except the trumpet player, he's Maurice Brown from Anderson Paak's band. On the actual album Bruno is playing the guitar on this song as well as background vocals and ad libs. This album showcases both the best of their talents. 😎

@@SkammLykelee His brother's name is Eric. But it was said in their interviews and on the album in all the credits. I was speaking on what the guys on the reaction video saying. THEY don't know Bruno was playing the instruments I said. Many don't know Bruno plays multiple instruments,they only think he sings. So believe it or not a lot don't know about Bruno's mulit talents as well as Anderson. Anderson is known for playing the drums but this showcases both their talents so everyone will see.
@@Canela927 Yes, my mistake. Peter is Bruno's name. My point is by now, Bruno is in no way underrated. Everyone knows he's amazing. Meanwhile, many still think Anderson is some guy riding Bruno's coattails. I suggest they see his concert videos with the Free Nationals, particularly their GrubHub Soundbites and NPR Tiny Desk videos.
