Came here through your website very nice in detail. will you be doing a video on all steps to what to download, settings and programs used to mine after you get done testing profits?
Oh thank you so its actually working then? Website is still in very early beta a lot of work to do on there still. Ya ill look into all sorts of videos you guys would like to see.
Why you put a bigger cpu fan? The stock one come with 3900x runs cool and shining here. With default settings, cpu is about 65C when mining on MO with algo switch. 16 threads used. 75% cpu loading. I even set the physical fan speed switch on low. Are you going to overclock? Btw, nice ram, I couldn’t find cl14 at 3200, settled on cl16 @ 3200.
Ya just went with the bigger one to see how it does and so far seems good on temp better then my aio in my work station lol it is open air though. If I ever try to go higher clocks then will be safe.
@@RabidMining How much power consumption do you use on average, do you know? And whats your "average" profits? Living in ohio, I see we average at 12.38cents per kw/h - and everything I look up shows that I will infact spend more money on power consumption and not profit at all. (new to mining and just trying to better understand it all before I finalize building a rig, well... 3 of them)
Hey Rabid, on a recent vid from son of a tech, it was a chia coin build. Son used a Asrock B550 with the extra 4 pin power, he mentioned that you don’t want your processor left starving for power. I think he used 5800x. I’m building the exact same rig as you right now, 3900x same 3200CL14 but I’m stuck with which motherboard (extra 4 pin, or no 4 pin). You mentioned it’s not needed. So I shouldn’t worry about that 4pin with our 3900x, last thing the VRM or mosfets (12+2) or 10+2 etc. Does that make any difference? For mining Monero/Monero Ocean? I appreciate any suggestions and again love the channel. Very helpful and informative
@@fletchfletcherson7282 do want more vrm and better cooling on for it for maximizing performance but when it comes down to efficency dont really wanna run it maxed out. The extra 4 pin is more of a gamer marketing gimmick wont starve the cpu specially with the little oc for mining. They arnt even used when people do them crazy nitrogen OC tests.
hoping a third party will create a mobo specifically for cpu mining (eg rebtech) seems like such a waste of space and resources . all those parts are extra cost just to mine on the cpu. keep the content coming

A Ramblin man!!! Following
Lol
With my Noctua Cooler, the CPU turned into ice.
Lol nice
How much for this setup total? $$ I'm going in
was about 1k CAD
Wake up and see ur video the first thing in the morning! I just did some thing similar. My first rig. :)
Nice
15:40 I guess Kinda
Hello, Can I use just USB for bootable drive instead of SSD ?
yes but its really slow
We don't get such beautiful boxes in the UK (from GPURisers.uk), but we can all agree that what's inside matters :).
Sure they will be there soon :) but yes what's inside matters

Next video will be some tweaking but will take a while to get it perfect.
Do you have a video by chance on how to build a mining rig like a gpu mining rig?
Thanks
Not a GPU rig yet but will get on that soon sorry.
Amazing video ☺️
Thank you for taking the time to make this 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice content! I enjoy all the information on your channel and I'm only 2 videos in so far, keep up the good work man.
hey thanks a lot :)
Would also like to know the hash rate.
It's all in part 2 around 15300 hashs
Would you recommend a 750w power supply for a 3600xt or a 3900xt cpu?
yup thats what I use

when putting the mother board on the rack what are things i can use to not short the mother board out i see you used some foam any other things?
ya foam or cardboard or get some 3d printed stand offs which I use now.
do you have specifiacations for the 3d printing i have acces to one would love to get some printed out
or a photo next to a ruler so i can gauge
How many gb of ram do you recommend?
I went with 16gb
How perfect is the timing of this video? Much perfect. Can’t wait for second part
Its uploading now lol be rdy in the morning.

@@RabidMining awesome thank you. great build videos, I’ve learned a lot from your channel.

Ya true be nice to see a dual ryzen cpu MB.
one computer one vote, it's how mining supposed to be
у меня такаяже 470
Guessing you asked why a x470 well budget build for faster roi MB was only 120 CAD
@@RabidMining hi I also have takaezhe x470 I am a novice miner I live in Russia it is very interesting to watch you
@@Miner_Micha hey thanks a lot :) hope its interesting in a good way to watch my videos lol
