I actually was worried about how I was going to make my sons first birthday cake now that I’m converting to a alkaline lifestyle. This was right on time! Not sure how to make the chickpea meringue please post that video asap 😩 thank you 🙏🏻
It won't be cakey. It would be kind of like tamales 🫔 lol. No pores, just a sticky (at it's core), very dense, sweet tasting mound of moist dough... just like most baked alkaline pastries. Adding some ripe baby bananas (mashed) may make it bearable. Sea moss won't do the trick. Neither will sparkling water... unfortunately 😥

Dr sebi recommended one type of honey is called melipona honey the bees are black and it is very expensive but it’s worth it !
