Hey wassup manny just wanted to say you deserve wayyy more subs and views and that you inspire me everyday and never stop going and educating and thank you for all these fire recipes brother and that you should make a alkaline vegan ramen style dish it would be amazing thanks again brother
Thank you so much. Alkaline Ramen has been on my list for a long time. I'll pull it up to the top. I have a faya 🔥 recipe. Still in the works, but it's coming. Hang in there...
My family and I LOVE the alkaline vegan content….as new alkaline vegans, you have no idea how helpful, entertaining, and just simply amazing that this is to us! Thank you thank you thank you! Peace and love from my family to yours 💞
Hey Manny, I just made these cookies for my husband birthday. When I used the piping bag method the cookies came our looking like cow pies😂😂 but he really did enjoy them. They were soft, delicious and a little burnt on the bottom but still very tasty. Can hardly wait to make them again only this time I’ll watch be careful with my oven temp. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Hi, I must admit, they do look like cow pies (shape and color) 😅🤣 Some of mine came out a little burnt at the bottom after my first try. That's the date syrup. When it settles at the bottom, it can easily get burnt. I guess you should try date sugar instead... or just agave. Unfortunately, you won't get the "cow pie" color 😆😅🤣 You're mean! Jk. But really, everyone around me is laughing so hard... Not funny 😒 😅 On a more serious note, flipping it in the middle of baking may help as well. Also, reduce the temp... as you rightly mentioned. Alkaline ingredients are so limited that it becomes almost impossible to bake anything really good unfortunately. I'm glad you enjoyed it though. I know it's not good enough, but we'll all keep pushing until we find something even better. Thanks a lot for the feedback. I'm sure others will find it useful.
I am so happy I found this channel... My new food journey and lifestyle are enhanced with your lovely delicious recipes. Thank you. The cookies were da 💣

I have these in the oven right now. Can't wait to taste them. Thanks for always doing a great job on your videos and for the great recipes. Also I made your mac and cheese recipe Friday night and it was delish. Made it with Kamut spiral because like you I despise chick pea pasta, lol.
Hey Joy! Thanks a lot for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed my Mac n Cheese. Yeah, Chickpea pasta ain't it lol. I hope you enjoyed the cookies as well. I did the best I could do with the limited amount of approved alkaline ingredients.
Hi Sonya, you're welcome! I'm currently working on my first cookbook. I'll let you all know as soon as it's finished and ready to ship. Thanks a lot for your support 🙏🏿
Hey Mary, give the recipe a try first. That way, you'll know what you need to add and/or replace. It should work, but the ingredients you listed will birth an entirely different cookie 🍪 which is also a good thing.
I made these....i made subtitutions tho cause I didnt have everything lol 🤣 swapped the cloves, ground ginger, aqua fava, meringue for olive oil, half a stick of butter, a packet of dry yeast, a teaspoon of irish seamoss, oat milk, nutmeg...i did have cinnamon tho 🤣...they came out sweet and soft like store bought 😍😋 thanks for the recipe

Thank you, thank you! Can I use seamoss gel instead of aquafaba? Can I use brazil nuts instead of walnuts? Can I add spelt flakes (oatmeal substitute)?

@@Grubanny thank you!!!
Hey Mary did you ever make this with the ingredients you listed? If yes, how was it?
This is extremely similar to a recipe I have. WIth my recipe, I used actual garbanzo beans & aquafaba though.
I’m so excited to try this recipe!! 🥰✨
I hope you enjoy it Donna!

What a beautiful recipe! BTW, Trader Joe's carries date syrup.
Thanks for the info. I didn't know that 🤔
Wow!
I need you to put a cookbook together so I can gift it to my granddaughter.
Awww... that's so sweet! Don't worry, I'm working on it. It's taking longer than I anticipated.
Can you do a video on how you make your aquafaba I have tried to make it several times and can’t get it to whip so I feel I’m not making it correctly
You can find my aquafaba recipe here: ruclips.net/video/4GETC4Uve5U/видео.html
Thanks
Nice 👍🏿

But why keep the wallnuts in water if after I let them dry completly and then I roast them?
Do you make your own date sugar and syrup?

Is their produce listed as organic
That was the first question I asked the owner. He said they're organic, and he works directly with the farmers.
