I really appreciate your content! Your video on the 2 over 2 condos was the first and only one I've seen and it helped my husband and I move forward with our decision to buy an upper level condo at Metro Walk. We close in 30 days and the wait is excruciating! We can't wait. We're moving from Arlington, so currently binging your videos on Ashburn. :)
Because of all the bidding wars, new constructions are currently the same or less expensive than a house built in the 1970s (that's falling apart) in the competitive areas we've been looking in even going above the base price.
Thanks for binging my videos. More people move to the Carolinas vs Northern VA because its so much more affordable. Plus there is great BBQ in the Carolinas as well.
You may want to check out Potomac Shores just south of Woodbridge, VA. It is a new, upcoming area and the VRE station construction is underway. It's currently about 35-40% built out, with more new development areas coming up. It is really great living here!

I'm glad my videos have helped. Metro Walk is a great neighborhood. Congrats!
Boom. Great video!
Thanks for watching!

When I'm ready, I'll probably go for a new construction home wherever I choose to set down roots.
Can’t go wrong with a new construction home. Thanks for watching
I got a $22k builder incentive on my new townhome in Potomac Shores, with a lower rate on the mortgage.
Super like. 9/10 using the builders lender with the incentives makes the most sense.
Been binging your content 😂, anyways why do you think people are not moving to Virginia has much has other states like North and South Carolina?

How do you find new developments early?
Really the only way is checking the major builders websites to see if they have posted any coming soon communities.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy homes built by Stanley Martin.
Sorry you had a bad experience with SM. What happened?
