- Chicken breast is a kind of high-quality meat which is high in protein and low in fat. But it is very easy to dry out after being cooked. Today we’ll introduce two simple methods to get juicy pan-fried chicken breasts and get a few tips to make chicken breasts tender and delicious. At the end of the video, I will also introduce a yogurt sauce that goes well with chicken breasts to make it more flavourful.

【 Tips for Making Pan-fried Chicken Breast Juicy】
-Remove moisture on Chicken breasts
-Cut it into small pieces evenly, or pound it down to even thickness
-Marinate for at least half an hour in advance
-Heat up the pan to lock the moisture under high temperature
-Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, do not turn over halfway
-Don't fry for too long

是的,最好是中到大火之间。火太小煎很久才会熟,鸡肉容易出水。火太大容易表面糊了里面没熟。
