- This footage shows all of what Steamboat Ski Resort has to offer from powder days to their Winter Carnival, ski racing, and nightlife. The film starts out with a cowboy riding into town with a pair of Hart skis. The viewer is then taken on mountain: showing several powder shots on various trails. See what sets Steamboat apart circa the 1970s.

Billy Kidd still drops by from time to time to take a few laps and talks about how to craft the perfect Olympian medal acceptance speech with folks. I talked to him during the Cowboy Downhill a few weeks back. As the video says, every year the mountain gets bigger and better. Billy Kidd, Winter Carnival, bigger and better, it's all still true in Steamboat. Come on back sometime.
