This portrait of Rob and Joe Shearer, father and son HVAC technicians, follows them through the diagnostic phase of a failed air conditioning unit to the installation of a replacement unit, including a technical report of the efficiency of the newly installed system. As the 1st generation is closing in on retirement, the second generation is primed to step in and take over.
