These always look great in the virtual videos, but then you see the reality where you’re right next to everyone, and lake Las Vegas looks sad because you’re trying to make a lake in the middle of the desert. Also, the stucco looks cheap every time the camera gets close to it. And the smoked glass backsplashes you used to put in the kitchens would be murder to keep clean, although the owners probably aren’t cooking anything of their own.
I get the houses are good quality, but it still looks like you’re trying to live somewhere that you wouldn’t want to be outside in the beating sun most of the year.
Right its no different than a condo if you ask me when it comes to proximity to the neighbor.
