i really like how you tour the homes, because its what i would be doing, if i was there, you dont just present the property, you look at it, and explore it, which all viewers would be wanting to do if they were actually there.

how do you clean those stones in the house? it would be a massive headache just to clean all the dust and everything else that settles in between the rocks!
Great job showing! I'm hit or miss with Blue Heron and this model is a miss for me. It seems pretty cramped for 7k sqft home and flow isn't real good. Plus I would have to assume constantly stepping on those rocks would get old quickly as would cleaning them.
This one does have a special lease back for 6.5 million. I always mention the base prices we are featuring a model. You will be building from scratch so you have control of the price.
