I had seen SO many doctors even driving a few hours to New York city to see a specialist for my male pelvic floor issues of 10 years. I had done countless treatments and pills, PT, etc. This work works! I am not 100% but it is making the most difference to me than any doctor. I have been at this for about a year, I still have some positional fear issues that kind of keep the symptoms hanging around. The difference is I know why and what and the fear still is diminishing.

Hello...if I may be able to hear about your experience....I also don't have diagnosis from orthopedic and neurologist...as all evidence or tests look negative...I read from dr. Schubner 's book and movie which introduced many patients who recovered very quickly....for me, it has been few weeks after I started to intensively watching and following the meditation and it seems last week it was doing well but suddenly it came back after one week...I don't know if this is a flare and I started indeed to recover? Or it is not working for me or is it too soon to expect recovery? What was your experience?

Thank you for this video! I think I figured out what my problem is… I’ve been trying to force myself to be calm so much that my body considers any other state dangerous. And inevitably, in the world, there’s going to be times when our nervous system can’t be calm. And and it probably shouldn’t be all the time. It’s weird how danger signals can come from all over the place. Thank you for clarifying this 🩵

Living in the USA, I can tell you, now that we have KAMALA as our democratic contender, I have less "existential" fear. It comes from so many places.

Tanner - I live in London and am very taken with your videos - can I ask you what sort of chi gong you’d advise? I have contact with an experienced teacher who’s suggested I ask you before starting with her. Many thanks, Bill Parker.

I do a combination of different types of Qigong. The key is finding a style that doesn't flare your symptoms too much!

I don't feel emotionally safe, or financially safe. I'm gearing up to a big career change (from creative freelancing to working fulltime for the government), and I'm really hoping that will help - but I'm struggling to separate those things from my chronic pain. I can't help but think I won't be free of my pain until after I settle into a new career, despite doing as much as I can of all the other work (though not to a point of preoccupation). Is there a way to feel somatically safe despite such big emotional turmoil? (I am in therapy too just fyi)

I'm so sorry to hear what you are dealing with. It is possible to cultivate safety during times of stress, however it can be difficult. I hope the content on my channel can be helpful!

You can still find safety. Even on the Savannah or in the Amazon there are caves or burrows where animals can find safety. You have to try and look at it like creating your own personal safety cave within the inevitable choas 🩵

Thank you for this video. I think I know what my problem is… I’ve been trying to force calmness for so long. So when life inevitably gets chaotic, I feel unsafe. I need to learn that all states are safe but to lean into some more than others💛
