Wow Cornel. Thank you for the work you put into these videos. I have gone through A LOT of videos on RUclips, and while I understand that everyone is trying to earn a dollar in some way, if you are going to do a video to teach someone to do something, don't do it halfway and ask them to pay for the rest. That turns me off. I said all this to say I appreciate how you take your time and go into detail with everything and not leave anything to our guessing minds. You do not just show us how to bag, pipe, create petals etc., but you have shared your recipe with us. Yesterday I catered to a group and I included cupcakes. I used your icing recipe and did some flowers; they were a big hit. I was always adding too much liquid. No more melting flowers in this hot weather. THANK YOU! Continue doing what you do. Love from the Caribbean. Subscriber!

I can’t wait to start making a new batch of frosting to experiment with these techniques. I especially want to try working with the darker tones.

Did my first ever flowers today after binge-watching you all weekend. I was surprised it was not as easy as you make it look and my first attempts were funny. But by the 12th cupcake, they looked better. I'll keep practising!

Would you ever do a video on American buttercream and discussing stiff , medium and soft textures and what they would be used for? Sometimes mine is so stiff my hand cramps vs too soft which is only good for covering cake.

I was wondering about the taste when you use the color gel directly on the piping bag , doesn’t it gives a bitter taste to the buttercream?

Not to be a butthead...but incase people don't know the color wheel. Fuscias/purples and certain greens cancle each other out.
