No one ever talks about the ballad version of run. I always play it, it’s a masterpiece. I remember when we first got the snippet for run in the teaser for the mv and I was so disappointed that the song didn’t have jungkooks amazing vocals at the start and then we finally got the teaser version!! And I was in heaven.

It's no less of a technical accomplishment, but it was a one shot video, not one take.
Takes are kind of like attempts or tries, so a, "one take," would mean that, apart from rehearsals, their first attempt at filming was the one used for the MV. I'm sure you've watched the making-of video, where they're shown recording multiple takes - I'm guessing there's just confusion with terminology.

You probably missed it because if you look at the track list of young forever they tok out butterfly and put in the prologue mix in its place.

Yay! You made it to "Fire" lol. I'm not sure if someone mentioned this already, but I think that "Butterfly Prologue Mix" was missed in this vid. But when you get to Yet To Come in Busan performances, you'll hear it (hopefully 🥰). It's full-length vocal line on that one, such a beauty & fave of mine. Butterfly shows how perfect they sound together & the prologue mix version shows how perfect they sound as sub-units (vocal line, rap line) as well. Love Is Not Over then shows how they sound so perfect as sub-units, but then the full-length edition shows how they sound even more perfect altogether. It really hits differently when all 7 combine 🔥🔥🔥
"Epilogue: Young Forever" is such a special song for the members and Army. I get goosebumps every time! & phew, "Save Me" is always perfection! I'm a "Save Me" music video enthusiast because of the one take filming structure. They bodied that!

Butterfly prologue remix is the one that comes at the end of run mv - its so beautiful, nostalgic and the one that makes armys cry every time. Its ok if you dont react (but we would love it if you did) but please at least let us know what you think!

It's not that their past albums weren't good (they have a flawless discography pls) but no one was doing what BTS did with HYYH. This album is so raw, emotional, hopeful, thoughtful, relatable and was coming from 7 kids who were just trying to live in a crazy world. It's THAT album. Young Forever? Forever Anthem. YES.
