Blending together timeless musical themes from Nintendo, Sega, Playstation, and more then re-arranging them in genres and styles of all musical inspirations, The 8-Bit Big Band has members from all around the world, but most reside primarily in New York City, and are some of the most highly sought after musicians and performers.

Amazing work! Also congrats on the recent Grammy win! Out of all of the Pokémon battle themes, I like this one the best because with the rise and falling of the melody, somehow the stakes never felt higher. Y'all bring it to life beautifully.

Emmie No, we just have muscle spasms that somehow give us enough oxygen to reach the end of the piece.
@CoolDerp25 doesn't work that way. Blow out through your mouth and try to breathe in without stopping air. It's impossible. What we do is at rests we take the edges of our mouths off and inhale through nose and mouth

I was sort of inspired by the Bacchanale sequence in the opera Samson and Delilah by Saint-Saëns so it's kind of a nod to that :)

When I was a kid I was gifted a copy of Pokemon Yellow. Couldn't get past Brock, cause I was like 5, so I had a nightmare where Brock sent out 5 glitched pokemon at once. Freaked me right out and that was before I even reached Lavender town.

Great arrangement! Although, I have to say, Double Kick has always had 100% accuracy, so it would not miss at 2:35.

100% accuracy doesn't mean it never misses. A pokemon like Pikachu with high evasion would definitely still get misses on 100% accuracy moves against
