FINALLY !! That’s awesome, I think Carli was working on a spare tire carrier that actually mounts under the truck like normal but will fit a 37 inch tire.
I read through some of the comments. I have a 2019 Power Wagon. A 35" (34.8" measured) fits fine in stock location under the bed. Just have to take 10 minutes to pull the exhaust heat shield and modify the shield to fit with the 35" tire. Plenty of us doing it.
@@NickMango Some people can't get it to fit even then without modding the heatshield. The thought is that there is some variance in heatshield clearances from RAM. Not to mention tire variances. Either way, it's easy to do up to a 35" tire. I run 37 now though.

Do you think this would be worth the price if you don’t care about putting your tire on there but moreso the ability to access your back doors and just have a kayak rack on there? I only see pics and videos with a tire and I just want the ability to have a kayak rack I can swing around as well as tow while it’s in place while having the anti rattle technology 😅Thanks!

What size lift and tire size does this truck have? I'm trying to get a height reference for the carli 3.25" with 37" tires but yall never show someone standing beside the trucks for reference
How did yours get tucked in so close to the bumper? I got one for my Land Cruiser and it sticks out about 2.5 inches too far. I wonder if they changed the design a bit.

Unfortunately that Ford trophy hitch will probably never be available to the public, so this is a solid solution!
The rear diff on the RAM would make contact with anything larger than OEM in the under-bed location

I got mine in without modifying the shield. Just deflated it to 25 psi.

If you got a front hitch, I’m sure it would work, but it would be conflicting to proper air flow for cooling

Rigd sells cameras you can buy depending on your make and model.

Got the old von hiemer mount, I welded the nut to the 2500 spare tire carrier. I still think its the best way to carry spares

Yes we just didn't mount it on this truck. This rack had a dedicated license plate relocation bracket.

You can actually just set up a new camera on the swing hitch license plate bracket and then run that into the truck if needed.

The parking sensors will view the carrier as an object and need to be turned off.

This truck is on a 2.5” Carli pintop level system with 37/13.5/17 Tires!

This is really nice, and I may order one. However, unless you relocate your license plate, expect to get pulled over and get a citation.

We like to stand to the side and use our knee. That’s usually the easiest!
A llegal concern for the truck tire mount, is that it covers the license plate and is subject to tickets or fines
We've covered this several times, but the carrier has a relocation bracket for your license plate so that's not an issue!
