David Wilkerson was my favorite preacher of all time. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but I listened to as many sermons as I could find and have been blessed by each sermon.
I’m a graduate of Teen Challenge/Gods Mountain. I met David in upstate New York. I became a teacher and counselor on Gods Mountain. I returned to seminary and became an Army Chaplain. RIP Brother ❤️🩹😎👍🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸
Pastor David Wilkerson was my Pastor at Time Squares Church in NYC, NY.. my husband myself and our two children attended there. We loved it there every Sunday. A beautiful anointing was always present. Then when he passed years later another Pastor of mine Ben Crandall led the Senior group. Another anointed Pastor. They are all now seated at the right hand of God. 🕊✝️🙌🏻
We got to hear his preaching after he was gone, but the annoiting this man had touched us deeply and he earned our respect as preacher and a God loving fearing man. ❤
AMEN! I still watch, MANY over & over again! I have grew & been soooooo BLESSED by his ANNOINTED sermons that the LORD has set in place to CONTINUE to edify the Body of CHRIST! ❤🙏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Last night my wife saw a preaching of this man of God “ got his miracle and ran “ is amazing sermon. God bless my life every time I listen to this man of God. My wife said to me “ you are going to be greater then him “ I said “ honey , if I can become close to this man I’d be happy” This man was a giant of faith very very few can leave a legacy like his. See you in the Morning brother Wilkerson, you are in his presence. Amen When you are a life you feel that death is a joke it ain’t real. When we die everything is finish on this life , you star the next life with God or without God. May the lord help us overcome all obstacles and weaknesses etc in our lord Jesus
Sadly, there is no more Teen Challenge in the Vancouver BC area. Used to have a Drop-in Center on Granville where I met a guy who I found out had been in the Canadian Forces Reserves, like myself. The guy told me he had plans to take his life so I stuck with him and then he said he wanted to go back home to Alberta. I paid for his Bus and made sure he got on but halfway through the night, he called me and said "Gary, I know I need help, I can't do it". I went to get him at the Depot and I took him to the Home in Richmond. Somehow they knew he was coming because they had a room ready for him. It was a long time ago and the home is no more and we both lost touch.
I didn't go to teen Challenge because they wanted me to me to cut my my hair. But I should of because after that I ended up in jail. But I still think that rule shouldn't be there.. one guy in rehab told me , he was hit on by one of the guys that ran the place .
Pastor David Wilkerson a great men of God that I know because of the word of God coming out of his mouth I'm 67 years old I was a student at Brooklyn teen challenge New York in 2012&2013 and longisland teen challenge New York in 1997 I met his brother Don Wilkerson at the cafeteria with other students having fellowship with him everyday after class I will never forget ❤
Pastor David Wilkerson is one God's generals. He still speaks, because his messages are still transforming lives and winning souls for Christ, including myself. I almost ve all his sermons on laptop. Papa, I pray God bless your beautiful soul and the family you left behind💐🙏🏿🙏🏿
Thank you sir for posting this. Brother David was a wonderful preacher truly filled with The Holy Spirit. I always listen to him wherever I'm at, whatever I'm doing. I walk and ride the bus. I'm sitting at the bus stop, I put on a sermon by Brother David as a teen challenge truck passes by. Gods way of showing me I'm on the right path. God bless
I was quite young when i read the Cross and the switchblade. That book convicts anyone to the love of Jesus. His sermons are still on utube. His devotion and service to Christ was unwavering. I did not know he died in a car crash.😢 thank you for a beautiful video.😊
Thank you Sir for taking the time to share this story. It came to mind today how fast the Lord can take one of His home. In a blink of a eye. And one year later Pastor Dave’s wife was taken as well. The work and dedication these two lives left upon the earth could not be numbered. To Christ be the glory! There should never be a charge for the sharing of the Gospel!
I was so blessed to be be enrolled in Pastor Dave’s Twin Oaks Leadership Academy 1978/79 in Lindale TX. I’m still serving Christ, and I will always treasure his influence on my life .
ALL l can think is "Lord Have Mercy". Just imagining the pain --- actually I can't imagine because it's SO heartbreaking to look at. I didn't know him, but his preaching l Love because he feels like an old time preacher - teacher who didn't play around with the Bible & the souls of people. He did his work that he was born for, maybe it was time for him to leave, because he did it all for TMH. I don't know, then his wife made it through, only to leave one year later. Sometimes, l just think couples do mourn in the sense of being heart broken 💔 so badly, that they are ready to go. RIP Pastor & Mrs.Wilkerson. Watchman David Wilkerson was used by Jesus to bring my faith to another level in Christ. I thanked God for his ministry, and I am still listening to his sermons. I know he is in the bosom of the Father.❤
This man changed my life through his preaching and his walk with Jesus and his Love of the Holy Spirit. He always cut thru the chase and told it how it is.... always bringing it back to the Word of God. He is a true General of the Gospel. Im looking forward to meeting him in Heaven.

Maybe he was! I was in a bad crash once, my seat belt came open. It was not my fault, and I was angry bc I'm no liar, especially in the wreckage with injuries, when the police tried to accuse me of not wearing it, but there was a burn across my neck where it slipped across my skin when it opened. He also may have just forgotten to fasten it! It doesn't matter, not now. Nobody has any business judging him for anything.

Yeah I don’t think a seat belt can do much difference in a head on collision. Especially with heavier cars & high speed
My sister was wearing her seat belt and was killed instantly in a head on collision.
Seat belt help save my life. But God was ready for him . He had many long days . He's in the place will all end up . Or hell .
