Hey Tundra Dude! After researching your channel, comments, and other topics surrounding an exhaust system for my 2018 Tundra, I went with the Toyota TRD Dual Exhaust with black tips. Man am I happy!! It sounds awesome! Deep rumble. Nice & quiet, until I want it to be loud. No drone! Thanks for your info brother. (Canadian subscriber)

I’m thinking of doing the same on my 2020 Tundra off road. How much did you end up paying? I was quoted 1700$ at the Toyota dealership. With a black truck should I go with the black or chrome tips?

@@Babylon6969 $1700 "installed" is pretty much on the mark. Was planning on doing my own install but doing so wouldn't reduce the price enough. My truck is a double cab in "cement" with 3/2 lift. Black tips are the only way to go, and you may as well cough up another $500 for the cold air intake. They go hand in hand. You won't regret it.

I own a Trp pro Tundra super white color 2020. I purchased it in Dubaï and made it shipped for me to Wallis and Futuna (Western Polynesia Oceania) a long way to arrive : 7 months. Frankly the dual exhaust is amazing and unique where I live. This model I think is the best ever. I do not know why Toyota change the TUNDRA for 2022 serie ? Tundra is simple, hard, durable and reliable plus with the V8!!! Long Life to TUNDRA !!!

You are bang on what you are saying about the trd exhaust yes it’s expensive but it was engineered by specialist on the team what it would sound, performance, reliable, fuel management and computer feedback. No different then Apple making you buy their brick and charging cable on your mobile phone and tablets, it’s going to work and be safe right out of the box. Not like aftermarket cheep cables that won’t last long and it may cause a fire when charging.

Trd Exhaust is just a perfect blend of loud when you want it to be and super tame when you are cruising around. I've towed and hauled with my trd exhaust over long road trips and it never once was it too loud or annoying. Yes there is a rumble in the background but in no way to me is it annoying. Rather soothing to know my truck has some oomph to it and doesn't sound like well nothing at all. Feels nice to know what the engine is doing but hearing some of the exhaust note. If someone finds the Trd exhaust too loud then they should stick to the OEM exhaust which still sounds great for a stock system. Trd just adds to the overall experience. My two choices were TRD or BAmuffler 8 inch system. The price was roughly the same so I went trd instead cause I wanted the dual black chrome tips

I have eustachian tube problems, which I've had since being a child. While I love the sound of the TRD dual exhaust while accelerating. The droning is almost painful at anything below 2000 RPM. I find myself on and off the gas pedal just to relieve the pressure in my ears.

I couldn't find a TRD dual exhaust that fit my '07 RCSB, and that turned out to be a good thing because Dirty Deeds fabricated an awesome stainless steel cat back and oversized resonator for me. No drone, respectable power gains, and it makes awesome noise that's never obnoxious.
