I personally own the wolf gr304, and it has plenty enough power to cook, the only downfall is my bluestar oven was larger. I’m kind of sorry I went from a bluestar to a wolf.
Thanks for the info…. I know Yale doesn’t sell Viking, but like many viewers of your channel, I suspect, we would really appreciate such comparisons to include Viking, as most RUclips viewers aren’t local and aren’t only shopping your store. Especially in a gas range comparison video, including Viking would make sense. I know you have included discussion and comparison of Viking in other Yale videos, such as refrigerators, even though Viking is perhaps strongest with their ranges.
Ah Viking.....We were one of their first dealers. Then they stopped innovating and focused on their cooking classes and culinary arts centers. There are way better ranges available. However, their new president, Anne Purcelli, could turn it around. So we will see
What *"pro-sumers"* need to know is there are incredible deals on these and far larger than this so for those building new or looking to sell but think needs an upgrade to effect said salethis is now something that is on the table so to speak meaning very much on sale😊
No review of the SKS 30-inch?

I know it's not the same price class, but it would've been nice to see GE Cafe, LG, and Samsung compared, too.
High BTU is overrated. I had a Bluestar gas stovetop and it was horrible at simmering.
