Not sure if serious. Multiple targets does not increase the chance for RPPM trinkets to proc, and ICD trinkets can't proc when they're on cooldown (and will proc very quickly when that cooldown is over).
Amazing that you've managed to get these up so damn fast. We're all very grateful, even the demanding among us. :)
