    Aaj ki market hi aesi hogayi hai ki property lene wale log expectation leke aate hai ki posession ke baad 8% itna kamm hum invest kare hi kyu log hi khud se return high maangte hai jese ki 13%, 15% post posession , samjho to bolte hai hai kya hi karna realestate mai...

    ये lease rent का सिस्टम ही fraud है।दुकान ही लेनी है तो वो लो जिस पर अपना कब्जा हो।चाहे हम खुद चलाए या किराए पर दे।

    Kya express way pe bade bade IT park aa rahe hai? Jaise ki Hyderabad mein hua hai. Abhi ke hisaab se express way ke rates justified nahi lagate hai. Achhe rent lene ke liye problem ho sakati hai.

      I do not recommend commercial property in Noida Extension, Only Society shop is a good investment.
