This house has got everything. Modern but not sterile, swimming pool, massive backyard (a huge, huge one plus)....who wouldn't want to raise their family here? I know I would 😊

Love the house, 3000+ square meter stand and i can park a lot of cars im sold, the wooden slatts. The kitchen!!! Id swap the fridges for a pair of SubZeros, the scullery is very nice as im a big cook so a separate part for the dishes is nice. Very nice guys, the rimflow pool is too nice!!! I am the cynic. So here we have an estate that would be sub divided into stands. So unless the owner of this property bought two stands (double stand not mentioned) or the question remains as to why this "extra land" was given away ....when one presumes one could make a few more rands.

I assume back when it was being developed, there were a plethora of choices wrt stand sizes one could purchase & build on. These owners clearly liked the bigger version, as well as corner stand, and next to a greenbelt vs others who preferred a smaller & more private setup?
