I don't understand the question. Goat curry is curry with goat in it. Wet. Stew-like. Curry goat is chunks of goat with some curry seasoning. Dry(ish). Braised or pan fried.
Is there some other kind of debate about this? Like the jam/jelly debate?
Cause this is consistent across foods. Chicken curry is a pot of curry with chicken inside but curry chicken can just be a roast chicken with curry seasoning.
