I gotta say that the cheap steak dinner at Ellis Island will surely satisfy a craving when the piggy bank is empty. Though it's a bit tough and chewy, the steak does have pretty good flavor. Maybe next time you can compare cheap restaurants with a great view. Good job Matthew!!

They all looked great but my fav is the Smith and Wolensky, then Barry's then Ellis Island.

I love rib cap as my second choice, first being porterhouse. I love the dual steaks of New York Strip and filet! I like getting my rib cap Oscar Style at Oscar's!
S & W would make a nice date experience, but I prefer the experience of Bazaar Meat over it!

Ellis Island is always a solid value pick, but Barry’s and Smith & Wollensky definitely bring the upscale vibes.
Ellis Island I've been twice both late night and it was good for the price. I've always wanted to try Barry's. We have a few Smith & Wollensky here in Boston. I think I got the rib-eye.

Favorite cut of steak: Flap, Skirt, or Flank. More beef flavor and all one has to do is cut short pieces against the grain to keep it tender.

Nice one, can't go wrong with steak. I would go Barry's level myself, (especially if Norma Geli was my date). The cheapo seems like "you could make that at home" level, and the show steak is too much for me unless it was a birthday with a group. How about Asian foods? Wide variety of styles to play in.

Its a 10 dollar steak, I would not order it med or med rare. It’s not the highest quality.
1) The soup, baked potato, and veggie -- that's pretty much $10 value there in Vegas. So no complaining at Ellis Island, you know what you're getting
2) The rib cap is of course great. What I do not like seeing as a trend is, when ordering a ribeye, the ribcap being excluded. They do this and obviously do not lower the price of the ribeye. I do not want this happening. $99 for a 12oz rib cap is still very expensive.
3) And I say this all the time to my friends -- tomahawk is the most overpriced steak at a restaurant. This is no exception
But hey, it's your money, it all looks and probably tastes great!

First off, the fact you say ribs cap is the best cut shows you know nothing about steaks. And Barry's is mediocre. Cool atmosphere but the food is just normal compared to other places for the same price. I had a NY strip there they over cooked and had to bring me a new one. The only thing I'll say, is to each their own, from what you like amd what I like are very different. Still, keep up your videos. They're fun to watch.
