Kelly nice update, too much water, not enough water. It’s amazing how small those plants are.

We had an F2 in our small North Eastern Oklahoma town. First one in 100 + years. The Lord was kind and we had no damage. House behind us had damage, as did many houses to our east.

Cut your rosemary back, so it doesn't have to try and keep all of the leaves alive. Whenever you have a plant you are afraid might die, cut back on whatever stressors it has. I'm this case to many leaves and not enough roots. You can also try foliar feeding. Good luck.

Thank you, I did try that after your comment, but unfortunately it didn’t help at that point. I guess, I’ll just buy more at the appropriate planting time. ~Kelly

I used to grow rosemary very well in the herb garden. Came back every year, nothing special about taking care of it. Thyme also. Grew huge and I had it in a rock garden too as it would flow over the rocks, flower and look beautiful. Then for the last five years, I've had to replant my rosemary and thyme every year! It would die out rapidly without ever becoming big enough to harvest a bunch for drying (its a favorite herb). Ive tried seeds, organic plants from the grocery store etc. Finally, a store purchased thyme came back this year and is getting hardy. Hopefully it will grow better for me this year. I'm not sure what happened between the good years and bad!!

I know! I haven’t had issue with the thyme. It comes back with a vengeance along with oregano, but the rosemary started dying the last several years & I’m not sure why. ~ Kelly

Easy to tell the weeds .
Just pull everything and what grows back is a weed .
