if anyone's wondering how to do this, use vegas pro any version and use the chroma keyer and set it to black. :). It only works for videos with black backgrounds like osu.

@@isaklovas It doesnt prove peoples legitimacy rather than proving people's non-legitimacy. If synced up right and a very clear match (if someone has a webcam vertical to their tablet) it can show if someones cursor follows their pen on their tablet. This was used in Spare's case and you can prove it doesnt work because of that but Spare's webcam was terrible and it would definitely work in scenarios that have good sync. It only shows stuff though for very minimal cheats and definitely more complex cheats as well as other cheats in general that dont entirely have to do with aim could dodge this though so it definitely wouldnt prove 100% just from this if someone is cheating.
