They dated for about 6 months, when they finally broke up the new girl told me that she knew how I felt about my crush and that I should go for her. Unfortunately my crush didn't that that very well. She thought her ex was trying to push a rebound on her and that she only saw me as like a sister... She had the nerve to tell me that I had no right to tell her how I felt about her, and that I didn't even take her feelings into consideration. Which was a load of hot crap because anyone who knew us knew damn well that she was always the first person I thought about. They all knew that if it made her happy I would have probably jumped off a cliff if she told me to. I have a tattoo on my arm to prove that. After that fight she started dating a mutual friend literally the next day. I don't know who I was pissed with more her for turning around right after I confessed and hooking up with someone who she didn't even talk to that often right in front of me with 0 consideration for my feelings or our friend who knew full well how much I loved my crush because she asked me about it the week before and I told her everything, but still agreed to date her out of no where. After they got together the rest of the school year was pretty much me and the girlfriend competing for the crushes attention and doing stupid shit like giving our selves stick in poke tattoos to impress her. Those idiots tattooed each others initials on each other, i tattooed a triangle on my arm. Almost 6 years later we have all moved on and made up but now I have a constant reminder on my arm every time I look down of how painful love is. A reminder that because of that entire situation a developed depression and started cutting and a reminder of how I was hurt so much from that situation that I became a hard cold shell of the person I used to be for a long time...and its a reminder that I never want to be in that situation ever again, it took me 3 years to finally pull myself up from that...

This song gave me a huge inspiration in a way that I'm working on a Gorillaz fanfic, in which 2-D falls in love with an OC, a kind-hearted, beautiful and smart Danish girl with long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes /and glasses/, and she's the same age as Noodle. And I wish to include this song in it. [Short synopsis: my OC, Stella (not me - I'm just the namesake!) has always had a crush on 2-D, she works at a confectioner's in Copenhagen, and one day she unintentionally draws 2-D's attention towards herself by singing her most favourite Gorillaz song, "The Pink Phantom" (yep, my fanfic takes place in Phase 6, more precisely in late May, 2021) in the back of the building. 2-D becomes head over heels smitten with Stella, and once both of them get to know each other more, 2-D introduces Stella to Murdoc (who would always call Stella Dollface because she looks younger than her age), Noodle and Russel, who immediately become best friends with her because of her kind nature. Even Murdoc has a soft spot for her... too soft... but Stella rejects Murdoc very kindly, and despite Stella's constant rejections he's very nice to her. Stella is soon invited to Kong Studios to live with the band permanently, which Stella gladly accepts. Stella locks herself in her room, crying (earlier she's been harassed by an anonymous cyberbully, and learns that her father is in hospital with COVID-19, so this is just icing on the cake), and she sings "I'm Not That Girl", but she replaces the line "gold hair with a gentle curl" with "black hair in a messy curl" (referring to Noodle). Meanwhile, after Noodle manages to convince 2-D to tell Stella how he feels about her, they all worriedly start looking for Stella, and once they find her, Noodle manages to comfort Stella through a heart-to-heart "girl talk", putting an end to the misunderstanding once and for all. Noodle even says that she's always rooted for 2-D and Stella to become a couple since Day 1, mainly because of 2nu to stop once and for all. After the ordeal 2-D gathers all his courage, and finally confesses his love to Stella in the cutest way possible, which Stella happily reciprocates, and they eventually become a couple.]

They might survive a little longer, but not 20 years, especially with evil cats like Tigerstar and Scourge killing them off. I'm not going to pick apart the series to find the exact number of average years they live. The point was more about the age difference between Cinderpelt and Fireheart. Half a year is small to us, but if you only live (optimistically) 7 years, that's 7.14% of your life. 7+ years is a little far apart for humans to be marrying each other. Also, teachers shouldn't have relationships with students, even if they're not their student anymore.

This song gave me a huge inspiration in a way that I'm working on a Gorillaz fanfic, in which 2-D falls in love with an OC, a kind-hearted, beautiful and smart Danish girl with long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes /and glasses/, and she's the same age as Noodle. And I wish to include this song in it.
[Short synopsis: my OC, Stella (not me - I'm just the namesake!) has always had a crush on 2-D, she works at a confectioner's in Copenhagen, and one day she unintentionally draws 2-D's attention towards herself by singing her most favourite Gorillaz song, "The Pink Phantom" (yep, my fanfic takes place in Phase 6, more precisely in late May, 2021) in the back of the building. 2-D becomes head over heels smitten with Stella, and once both of them get to know each other more, 2-D introduces Stella to Murdoc (who would always call Stella Dollface because she looks younger than her age), Noodle and Russel, who immediately become best friends with her because of her kind nature. Even Murdoc has a soft spot for her... too soft... but Stella rejects Murdoc very kindly, and despite Stella's constant rejections he's very nice to her.
Stella is soon invited to Kong Studios to live with the band permanently, which Stella gladly accepts. Murdoc and the rest of the band learn that not only does Stella have an angelic soprano singing voice, but she can also play the violin, and this gives Murdoc an idea to have a fifth member in Gorillaz, as well as introducing electric violin into their music - it works out very well, and this also gives Stella and 2-D the opportunity to bond even more.
As time goes by, 2-D becomes completely enamoured of Stella, but he's too shy to confess his feelings to her, so he asks Noodle for advice and confidence boost. One day Stella sees 2-D and Noodle walking into 2-D's room, which she completely misunderstands because she's always been upset by 2-D and Noodle being shipped together by some stupid fans (I myself also hate 2nu!), even though she knows that these two are canonically like brother and sister.
Stella locks herself in her room, crying (earlier she's been harassed by an anonymous cyberbully, and learns that her father is in hospital with COVID-19, so this is just icing on the cake), and she sings "I'm Not That Girl", but she replaces the line "gold hair with a gentle curl" with "black hair in a messy curl" (referring to Noodle).
Meanwhile, after Noodle manages to convince 2-D to tell Stella how he feels about her, they all worriedly start looking for Stella, and once they find her, Noodle manages to comfort Stella through a heart-to-heart "girl talk", putting an end to the misunderstanding once and for all. Noodle even says that she's always rooted for 2-D and Stella to become a couple since Day 1, mainly because of 2nu to stop once and for all.
After the ordeal 2-D gathers all his courage, and finally confesses his love to Stella in the cutest way possible, which Stella happily reciprocates, and they eventually become a couple.]
