I wash my both my hands and feet with salt. I usually leave it for 10 minutes. After I wash it off, I let it air dry. For me, A spiritual cleanse is not complete without cleansing the inside so I put a pinch of salt into water , speak into it and drink it. I always feel lighter after doing it.

I haven't tried this but I have used my diy salt body scrub on my hands when I do a manicure. I always feel lighter, clearer, relaxed and more focused. i do this after my massage and reiki clients! also in a full bath. and before i do candle work i wash them with salt water too!!! i always like your videos (i'm still using tomato on my face : ))
