I take salt bath every day....cannot cope without it.

I had acne bad I took accutane and I got a rash on my face and a couple days ago I took a bath in Salt water and it was like a miracle the rash on my face went away and it took 2 baths in Salt water... I feel much better abt myself...

I been feeling like something is sitting on my chest for the last 2 years and I been suffering from anxiety since it started and I don’t know what it is but it feels heavy and I use to breath better now I have a limit and it’s too much I’m pretty sure there’s something on me I will try to do this because I’m suffering a lot I can’t take this anymore

Hi Star! Yes, I'd suggest mixing the epsom salt, oil of your choice, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil (like lavender or eucalyptus oil) into a bowl. Pour enough oil into the epsom salt so that it's the consistency of wet sand. You can take the bowl into you shower with you and use it as a scrub. You can scrub your whole body and then rinse it off. It will exfoliate your skin, leaving it very soft and smooth, as well as clear any negative energy. You'll feel great! Let me know how it goes! I will definitely try this THANK YOU. One more thing, does it have to be epsom salt or can I use sea salt? I have an abundance of sea salt in the house and almost out of epsom salt, which is expensive at the store.

Aprajita Singh No you can't. It must be Epsom salt. I believe the purpose of the bath is for your whole body is submerged in the salt/oil bath. There are other ways beside the bath to clear your energy.

YES...Try the salt without iodine, preferably natural salt. I did dip my feet including ankles in salt water tub for good about 20 minutes. It worked n i am super relaxed.

Negative or positive energy do not exist. Energy is neutral and has nothing to do with polarities. Stop conning people. About people, its only the good intentions that count,and the rest is only temptations or fulfillment of desires or wants. If you try to clear energy, then you are dead.
