Very inspiring. But at 5:50, you don't need to detect transients first. Just ALT-SHIFT any loop on to Impact will automatically slice the loop and spread it over the pads AND generate a fitting event on the instrument track to play the loop almost flawlessly.
Ive been with Studio One after my Cubase crashed in 2011 or so. Splice and Studio One are the template for the future of recording. He does make it look easy, but it is very intuitive. The Splice subscription is worth every penny. This doesn't replace musicians but helps us create beyond what we would do without it. Thanks so much! ❤

S1 is my main DAW and it has the best workflow 🔥. But we still need an advanced native modulation system like the ones in the new Cubase 14. Also s1 needs to be more optimized in terms of performance because it doesn't fully use the performance cores on CPUs and its behaviour is weird.
@@OlexandrIgnatov You're right it doesn't utilize the efficiency cores but i was literally meaning the performance cores because there's some drops and weird activity on the charts when s1 utilizes the P cores. Watch how James Khan tests them on his youtube channel .
Studio one is my DAW of choice because of its integration with my StudioLive 32 mixing desk and it's more streamlined workflows. I loved how Presonus felt like a more user-friendly company not trying to make the ultimate buck from it's users, back in 2016. It had community, helpful service, good documentation etc. ... However I feel this is no longer the case. The new subscriptions model, increased payable major version upgrade frequency with sometimes questionable extra functional value, community forum closure for non-subscription owners (even of the Pro version customers, really?), lackluster response to support tickets (I have 2 which do not seem to get any solved at all, one of which is constant reste of audio roundtrip latencies to terrible values) all point to the beginning of a slippery slope downhill. I really hope Presonus (Fender) will realise this, but for me other DAW's are starting to look appealing. Conversely, Presonus hardware seems less and less appealing.
who''s studio is this? his? I cannot get into a productive flow if my keyboard is not infront of the computer where I can see both frontally. I just can't.... I also need to take from him that self positive talk right? he plays a plain, basic chord solo: Cooooooool LOL never do that neither

The new version is a clear deterioration, the prices have expanded and the product no longer belongs to you. I don't like the manufacturer dependency at all, I want to be the master of my computer. I bought all this and I want to continue using it. I will no longer buy a license and will fall back on the Internet until the old model is back. If this doesn't come back, you won't see another cent from us users!
Hey I have a Studio One 7 perpetual license with upgrades for nearly a year. Still perpetual after that. So what's the point? Bitwig also have a similar license plan.
Jo guys, you know like me that they changed it, this will not be permanent. In future it will follow adobe - it's not you're anymore. You just rent, you don't buy anymore!
perfect example on workflow + efficiency, studio one is fire 🔥- now we just need pitch automation 👏

oh he COOKED
On the 7th day God created Studio One
After He created man on the 6th day, He created Cubase

Such an amazing DAW! The workflow is next level. Now all that’s missing is a good sampler with slicing and a solid warp mode with key detection.
This
Yeah and better loop, fade etc functions like ableton within the sampler.

Love new GUI… Especially the clips, nice and easy to look at
Does anybody know what midi controller he's using?
Same question
That crash I would’ve reversed it and brought it in to the drop
Throw a little reverb on it and turn it down
Videonun tamamı her açıdan harika olmuş. Herkesi tebrik ederim.🎉❤🤘🎸👏👏👏👏💯😊
Nice tutorial! What controller is he using?

What old model? They still offer perpetual licenses. In fact, new perpetual licenses are even a lot cheaper now. And upgrades are also perpetual.
