Can I share an interesting observation? I’ve been a subscriber to this channel for quite some time now and even though in the past it has also featured great rental properties, these days it is mostly truly outstanding ones. Like a year ago you’d have to wait in a line to see one of these, let alone rent one.
The entry looks like a government office hallway from the 70's and the rest of the place is a fishbowl. It has great space, but something is off. It feels very cold and transitory.
Doesn’t look much like a home, does it? Design should not preclude or overwhelm function. It’s a dwelling first and foremost, or should be, not only a statement about your bank balance or status. There has to be a balance between the two to make a successful design. Definitely not stunning.
