You don’t find Studios like this in Tribeca or in almost any other part of the city. The fact that you can see the Hudson makes this exceptional.

Absolutely amazing apartment. But I would not use the giant space on the second floor as a bedroom. It would make a fantastic library. In fact I would make the entire second floor, a series of rooms for books, music, art, and comfortable couches, and chairs. The large bedroom on the first floor is plenty large enough as a master bedroom.

This apartment is perfection and beautifully shown. It would take a dramatic lifestyle with art and sculpture and entertaining. I could see rows large potted arborvitae in the outdoor area. And a garden. The bathrooms and bedrooms, are fantastic. A canvas for a big life.

Making the most of an old building. The walk from the owner’s BR to the bathroom is wild. Having an elevator is a must-have especially since none of the levels that contain BR’s have a laundry room or a laundry shoot. With that being said, the separation btwn livinhg and entertaining spaces is fantastic. Any aminaties not covered in this video?
