Would have liked to see view out of the LR windows and more of the kitchen details. Is there a utility room with washer and dryer? Beyond the main level, the upper level with its low ceilings and how the beds fit in the areas give the upper level the look and feel of a storage area. The beds and other belongings appear to use the space temporarily. And it’s a strange layout that’s hard to imagine what it would be like when furnished and laid out with thought and design. The whole second level feels closed in and not very suitable as bedrooms, especially with both sets of stairs leading right into the areas without benefit of door enclosures.
NOW THAT'S AWESOME 🎉
Great place
Nice
3A...1C, Unique Floor Plan amongst, Fantastic! 🗽
I lived at West 11th and Washington in the 1970's and 80's. Great memories.
Funny how just a few personal items left out warms a place so immensely

I once lived at West 11th & Hudson in the 70’s
Wow. How is it possible to lower the flooring?
What’s the price? Maintenance? Tax per year?
Dude, you need to start watching Ryan’s videos so you can see how a video walk through is done.
