At first I thought the bus was colored for the CSX transportation maintenance crew shuttle but apparently the seller you got the bus from painted it extremely similar.
Congratulations!! Looks like a very nicely optioned bus, and low miles too!! I've never been a fan of the way that the aftermarket underbody storage looks, but it's still very nice to have regardless. I'm also very jealous of that AC, though I will be getting it here soon just in time for fall 😅 I know a lot of people give the C2 a lot of slack, but they really are nice buses. I love my "antiques" but the newer buses really are much more comfortable for their intended purpose. The C2s are very nimble, fun to drive, and generally very comfortable. I just wish we didn't ONLY have C2s and HDXs here, with the exception of one (soon to be two) GreenPower buses. My main issue with the C2 is that I see too many of them on a daily basis 😂 Anyways, it looks like it's a great running bus with a lot of life left it in given your uses for it as a collector. Again, congratulations and great job on your new bus!!
Thanks! Much appreciated! It most definitely has been a great bus! I’ve had it for about 2 months now and I’ve already cleaned it up real good and got the warning lights and stuff working again I had actually bought this bus from where I work, it’d been sitting in our back lot for 6 months about to get junked after the school didn’t want it anymore. I was also wondering if you wanted some parts for your buses. I have some extra sets of warning light LEDs and stop arm LEDs if you were interested.
It’s a shame it’s so rusted out man it’s going to need a lot of body work if the frame is still solid enough to use it probably won’t pass any dot inspection being that rusted unfortunately
I’m two months late but congratulations!
And that blue paint job is just splendid!
This it bus equipped with a Cummins ISB 6.7L Alison 2500 6-speed Transmission

Getting fallout 3 vibes with the color and bus number 101 😊
You should do some retired police cars
Thats a interesting C2! Super nice that it has AC ! Id like to get a rooftop AC unit once I buy a bus.
Love to watch a ride in this bus with exhaust brakes on!
It's the modern twin to Adam's bus.
That’s a great bus!
Congrats on your new bus lol

Wow; if I wonder how the magic school bus is made
Did you get your cdl? I'm sure you'll wanna drive it if you can get it in DOT eligibility condition
No way will
It pass any inspection with that much rust he might as well get it changed to an rv title so he can get plates
is that the color on all activity busses there
Do you still have 420
