School here had a couple busses similar to this bus at 0:00 but what really aggravated me was they retired the first bus I rode on in 1st grade and replaced that with I think a Bluebird IC or whatever.
And here's another story. In my 6th grade year. One of the busses I don't remember exactly if the motor blew up or it lost a cylinder or whatever. But during the afternoon one day the bus driver had to limp the bus back to the bus yard because the check engine light came on out of no where. And sure enough the backup bus we got on was bus 6. The same bus I rode on in first grade. It took them a couple years just to fix the issue with the other bus with the sour engine. There were 3 busses that had FS65's. Bus numbers 1, 6 and 15. 1 was the handicap bus, 6 and 15 were regular size busses. I remember 15 was having issues with the warning lights canceling with the door not closing right. Bus 6 with the FS65 got retired unfortunately, probably same thing with 15, and bus 1 had ECM issues or whatever it was I remember.
i was just about to say that and not a very cheap one either something that you can turn it off or a battery disconnect switch that disconnects the whole bus from the battery
Every 3 months as a minimum required by the state. In between required inspections I’ll spot check various components while the driver is at the school
Nice fleet you have running there i glad to see you still have some of the dt engines in service 👍
love the cold start vids I would LOVE to see these more often!
Same here

09 looks cool with that new grille, though yeah all of those zeros
A video on the new Microbird would be cool
25 should be back soon.
I like the cold starts
Can you do a tour video on 90?
Yes! Another fleet of bus starting!
Also, that wrecker is a GMC TopKick C7500
I got to say they are nice and i have to ask how many are gas to Diesel you have in your Fleet
If that Wifi is killing the batteries yall should probably put a kill switch on them. non the less love the videos!

Or you can just put the power going into the wifi box come from an ignition on relay, thus it would only have power when the key is on.
2:40 R.I.P old 95
3800 internationale DT466E Engine
Nice video!
why was this so satisfying what the heck
The first bus is a real Thomas bus
Unlike WCSD, EJSD doesn't have any International 3800 buses from the 90's
If the wrecker was a Dodge Ram then 86’s engine can be swapped in case of failure
What happened to buses 01, 02 & 03?
So why do you run through and start all of them ? Is it to make sure their good to go for the e runs for the day?
This was during the summer. Start them weekly to keep batteries up
I never knew those c2's had manual doors!
88 has a broken gauge needle. Wonder how that happened.
Nice video. I thought you were going to put 99 on 98's run when you got your new bus in, or will that happen next year?
Did some rearranging. Bus 12 now runs both of those routes.
Do those 2004 IC CE have glow plugs? Because it seems like they don’t have wait to start lights.
They don’t. The E Series DT466 Engines don’t have glow plugs or intake heaters.
I personally would rather drive a c2 over a CE. Drove my ce (bus 442) for 7 years before getting a 2021 c2 (bus 485) last year.
You can have them. I don’t like a C2.
Long live the 04s
Do you own the district? And why don't you like C2S
How often do school buses go in for inspection down there?
Every 3 months as a minimum required by the state. In between required inspections I’ll spot check various components while the driver is at the school
How come 09 is a 15 but has the updated grill?
Original grill was broken
@@Bluebirdvision91 gotcha, the newer one looks better on it imo
Those hangers on the wall and Wi-Fi
more dreamliner buses
2005 Thomas FS-65 Cummins 5.9liter
Question: is 14 a handy bus??
It is.
@@Bluebirdvision91 Video of 14 sometime?
Crazy how those buses have WiFi on them, I don't think our school busses have WiFi on them yet.
There has to be a point in the future
Where buses will need wireless wifi for students 🤔 😊
why some of school buses have wifi?
Why 95 has a HDX/EFX dash?
its standard for new c2's
How come some of the C2s said on the screen, active faults, 1
Wait a sec so u don't use old number 95 instead u use a
C2!?
EPA grant
6:24 why does 09 have the new grill
It has it because the original grill was broken
why des 09 got the newer vision hood on it cause i usually see a couple old visions with new vision hoods on em but i never seen that before
Original hood to the bus. It got painted. And the grille was broken so I upgraded it.
School bus for sale o no en uso
Are the 0 buses spares?
88 needle broken
Gmc cat engine
The last real school bus Thomas made was the fs65. Them c2 are b8g vans eww lol
