    Great tutorial. Loved the ruler marking to mark all round the hem hadn't thought of doing that. Your accent is fine and I can understand it and no the text is not distracting, it clarifies things I may have missed.

    Very helpful and precise. I like that you showed which stitch to use and the machine. I've sewn for over 50 years but the newer fabrics are complicated. I have three sergers, one coverstitch capable, but this is very useful when needing to use thread other than black or white.I LOVE THE SUBTITLES. I stopped and started the video and could read what to do next.

    This is a fantastic video. I didn't actually know how to use the hemming stitching on my sewing machine but now I feel confident that I will be able to shorten the sleeves on some of my clothes. I love them but always have to push the sleeves up because my arms are short. Also, I didn't have any problem with your accent. You are very clear in your explanation. The text is okay as well. Thank you for teaching me something today.

    I love your video. How did determine where to cut the sleeve?

    You shortened sleeve to 3/4” and cut straight across the sleeve. If you are shortening to a regular short sleeve shirt, are you also cutting straight across fabric and not cutting at a diagonal cut like most of the video’s I have watched show to do?
