Hey Jesse, I just came across this review and your protein2o review. Would you recommend this product more or the other? I’m in a 700 calorie deficit and I just want the extra protein with little calories to just add to my diet on days I can’t hit my goal exactly, or if you have another water/fruit/clear based protein let me know. I think either would probably be fine for you. I didn’t dislike either of them. If I recall, I think the protein2o bottle only had 10g of protein? Maybe I’m remembering wrong. But if you want to accumulate more protein from it, maybe go with this one. If you just want some flavored water with a tiny bit of protein, go with the other.
It’s neither really. It’s a protein powder. So there’s no stimulants or ingredients that would make it a pre workout. And there’s no electrolytes that would make it for hydration.
Can’t stand the taste of traditional whey protein. Makes me wanna vomit everytime I take it, which is never basically. I might buy the fruit punch flavor and just mix it into fruit punch.
I’m a little late here, but I am the same way with traditional whey protein. I got fruit punch and it was pretty tasty and very easy to drink. I just ordered the mango pineapple and probably won’t ever go back to the traditional whey.

Love the taste but I cannot get it to not clump. I have used a shaker and a frother and neither can get it completely smooth.
I wonder if there is a good sugar free sour syrup that you can add to it?

You got the wrong flavor then, Fruit Punch is great and wayyyy better than any BCAA or pre I’ve ever drank.
