My mum had a few African friends who used to make this. I used to love eating this as a kid but didn't know what it was called. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I'm going to try this soon
The both methods are well prepared. The semolina fufu look so on point, smooth, delicious and will go very well with correct soup. Yum 😋!!! Thanks for sharing
I can't remember the last time I hard semolina, that's was back in Nigeria, the both method is good, but I will sure go for the easy way 😂 the second method, this your phone quality is everything, you know how I admire your cooking skills neatly done,
I have small semolina flour at home, I was thinking of throwing it away because am not so familiar with it, but I will try and make it let see if I will like it, the second step i have used it in making pounded yam before 😊
I will be making this today. With the microwave one, did you add a little water to soften it before putting in microwave again? I love how you molded it.
I love the first method because it’s nicely cooked I have not make any of my fufu on the microwave though. I will enjoy this with some okra soup Thanks for sharing sis

Thank you Ido.
I never knew i could make it in the microwave
Thank you Graceys.
Wow
Jesus Christ loves you
But why Is my semolina meal white and yours is yellow ,l love semolina all the way from Zimbabwe
True Semolina is made from Durum wheat, used to make pasta. There is semolina flour that is flour not ground very fine.
I thought it was milk instead of water
Wait let me get the soup
I guess if you are lazy from work microwave is 2nd option.
Thanks 🙏
❤❤❤
