    My mum had a few African friends who used to make this. I used to love eating this as a kid but didn't know what it was called. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I'm going to try this soon

    I can't remember the last time I hard semolina, that's was back in Nigeria, the both method is good, but I will sure go for the easy way 😂 the second method, this your phone quality is everything, you know how I admire your cooking skills neatly done,

      I haven’t eaten semo in over a year, and yesterday, I bought one semolina from an Indian store nearby… I guess just can make it the first way…

    I have small semolina flour at home, I was thinking of throwing it away because am not so familiar with it, but I will try and make it let see if I will like it, the second step i have used it in making pounded yam before 😊

    Very well made semolina. I prefer both methods. the microwave method is faster . Both methods came out well. very fluffy and nice. thanks for sharing

    I love the first method because it’s nicely cooked I have not make any of my fufu on the microwave though.
    I will enjoy this with some okra soup

    The first method is my favourite cos that's how I cook mine as well. The second method must be for men😃. You know that would be stress free for them🤣🤣. Well done ma'am

    I will be making this today. With the microwave one, did you add a little water to soften it before putting in microwave again?
    I love how you molded it.

    Can you microwave method accommodate for a larger quantity of semo, like for a family of 6" or is it mostly for one person?

      True Semolina is made from Durum wheat, used to make pasta. There is semolina flour that is flour not ground very fine.
