I have small semolina flour at home, I was thinking of throwing it away because am not so familiar with it, but I will try and make it let see if I will like it, the second step i have used it in making pounded yam before 😊

I love this your method of rolling your fufu but over here we use our hands to mould it
I love the first method because it’s nicely cooked I have not make any of my fufu on the microwave though.

Can you microwave method accommodate for a larger quantity of semo, like for a family of 6" or is it mostly for one person?

I do both of the method, but i can’t remember the last time i eat semolina.

True Semolina is made from Durum wheat, used to make pasta. There is semolina flour that is flour not ground very fine.
