    Sis mi! Thanks for this amazing 😉 video, I’ve never been able to make proper semo all my life it’s either too soft, or full of lumps......After watching your Tutorial this evening I went to make my semo straight up & it came out beautifully. It wasn’t sweet, and was fluffy to the touch. Thank You! Thank You!! Thank You!!!

    I love semolina, get mine 75p from the supermarket, Encona brand. I don't get the sugary taste but I'll try your method as I usually add the product to the boiling water mix and cover because I like a dense texture.

I have never attempted to make semofufu before and your video and instructions made is so easy. It turned out pretty well I think not quite as good as when he makes it. Wonderful! I have been to Zambia and South Africa and eaten nshima and pap (S.A.). Love it when I returned home made for my husband and a special event a friend had. But I love this way. Will try it. Having an International taste fest at my church to raise $$ for our ministry. I also like the ideal of wrapping in plastic wrap (great ideal). Making Okra Soup, Jollof Rice, fried plantain and nshima or pap. Wish me cooking blessings ;)!

    hi mictos out of curiosity as a man who loves to cook,what would happen if after the water boils i add the flour and continue stiring.this kind of food seems the same as the preparation of a maize flour in east africa.kindly advice

      Adding the flour without mixing in cold water as shown in the video will give the same outcome. But for starter the method in the video is more easier to get.

      Can you preserve it already made for a few days and how?

    • @QueenEs
      @QueenEs 2 года назад

      @@olyleo1 I've preserved it for a day before, wrapped in a clingy film and refrigerated, not frozen o. All I did the next day was to microwave it and it was as good as freshly made.
