i purchased the Asics Gel-Kayano 30, because I am moving abroad this year and will be doing some walking. I never realized a shoe would change my life so much. So many people have plantar fascitis and I have no idea why there are not commercials for shoes like this. Thank you for all your videos that talk about this. Flat feet is a common problem and you really do have to research the right shoe for yourself.
Interesting, I can't wear the gel kayano, it caused issues in my foot in the last 2 toes area, and the New Balance 860 (the floppy heel counter version) did exactly the same, and actually cracked the heel counter
Would have been nice if you atleast give the answer with a link of your video of your recommentions when asked, instead of just writtung "we have a video...!" Thank you!

What if the pronation is only in one foot? I am 100kg 1.84mts height … which would you recommend?
