My local power company keeps record of homes where medical devices and medications rely on power. Those addresses are given consideration when prioritizing service

Ive been making a flannel receiving blanket for a neighbors first grandchild. I did a blanket stitch, by hand then crocheted a single crochet edging and then did a shell stitch outer border. I finished it tonite. Now I need to make a lovey to match. The babys room is decorated with a cowboy theme and the lovey is a Texas longhorn cow.❤
I wonder if you mention that you have medical equipment requiring electricity, maybe they’d be quicker to show up.
Praise God, so glad to hear Jody was able to get things back on the house. Pray the electic company comes out quickly. Kayla call and ask if they can give you an estimate time line since you are on a feeding tube and need electricity to get your feedings and your medications and Jody has insulin that needs to be refrigerated, so you wouls appreciate any help in getting the power back on soon as possible, wink, wink. Milk it girl. I hope you didn't have a lot of food in the freezer or the fridge that needs to be thrown out.

I worry about Big Daddy doing all that heavy physical work. I hope you can get someone to come help him. You can always go sit in the car air conditioning to get some relief from the heat. Phone the company each day, get big daddy to explain the medical issues. I'm sure they will come out, try asking for help you never know it may speed things up. I'm waiting on another amazon order of coloured pencils, a fairy colouring book and SOCKS! I finally found the exact socks that I drew in the little girl picture. I can't wait to get them!

I sure hope they hook you up before five days wow! Praying it’s tomorrow well today! I’m double praying! Love your cupcake your coloring. Hope you can sleep tonight. Life is hard, but turns out better later. But when you have chronic issues it’s not the best, you are so brave. Make sure you have everything turned off until your hook up so it doesn’t ruin your appliances, don’t know if it would , but better to be safe than sorry. Stress is a killer! Good idea letting the electic company know you have medical equipment and you both have health issues. I used to be like that with house cleaning. And I am uneasy until it's cleaned, but I have noticed that I am not a "picky" about it the older I get. Lol my energy bank has only so much energy and with everything else in life it takes me longer yo do it like I used to. Lol

I know how hard it is to live without electricity and I feel so bad for y’all. My family experienced Hurricane Laura and went without out power for 4 weeks. Got electricity a little over a week and another hurricane came which went out for another week. I also understand not having funds to leave and stay somewhere else. Prayers to y’all

I just finished coloring a page that was all fish. It took me 3 days. I have to rest my hand quite a bit, so it takes me awhile. It was a fun page from a Joanna Bashford book.
My sister in law sent me some wips that her late grandmother had started and wanted me to try to finish one is a mile a minute which I have made before. The other one is a very lacy motif that I have to figure out how to connect the squares ❤
Our power company came on a Saturday when a similar accident to us. Hope they get your power on soon.

I know what your going thru with no power . Ours was out for 48 hours last week after a storm came thru my neighborhood and blew a dead tree down and it fell on a power line down the street from us. The line was pushed all the way to the ground 😒

Hope you called your home insurance to cover the costs of your electrical box and whatever you need to get lights back on. With your medical needs they may pay for you to rent a generator!! Praying for you and Big Daddy!
Mama Kayla says they do not have home insurance. That's what made it more difficult for them and y they had to source the equiptment themselves.💗🙏

I got the same thing email from our cell phone company
I get dozens of those kinds of spam a day usually from UPS saying they need my address. As much as they deliver here they know where I live. Oh let Big Daddy know that they try to tell you your payment card didn’t go through…don’t give them nothing. I’m like you and very paranoid. Nancy of She’s got yarn had that to happen about UPS and she opened it…it was a mess
was wondering does big daddy have FMLA so when he has to miss work for your or his medical or even the situation you are dealing with he will be compensated or not go against his missing work while dealing with this.
Did you tell the electrician co.that you ha:e medical stuff that you need going ? Thay are supposed to be first

I'm surprised all the work that you have done to your house. Our electric company would do that for us. Our utility companies make it an emergency for people who have medical issues a priority to get their utilities done right away. I'm sorry to hear they're making it so hard.
