There is a mistake. Cyprus was never fully under phoinician rule and surely not around 1200-1000 BC. They only came in Cyprus during the 9th century BC and lived in a city near Salamis, in fact the older Salamis that was destroyed by natural disaters and after that the Greek inhabitants moved and established a new Salamis.

Rome was latin based multicultural state/republic/empire
Eastern Rome was Greek based multicultural empire that later on became fully Greek (with some armenians too but they were assimilated to the modern greek ethnos)
Modern day Greeks are the byzantines and modern greece is the empire reborn but the capital is still occupied (for now)

Thrace Actually wasn't a Greek City State, It was Greek yes, but It was more of a Region than a City-State. More Tribal I believe. P.S, Southern Half was Greek, (Modern day Istanbul) The Northern half Was a mixture of Thracian and Dacian Tribes. Though I don't believe Dacians were a Tribe at the time.

Thrace was not Greek populated, it was populated by the Thracians, a barbarian tribe.. Then started the Greek coloniazation of the Meditatannean and some Greek settlers builted colonies over there. Threw time the colonies became cities populated by Greeks and after long time the Greeks mixed with the Thracians and Greek culture and customs spread to the region..
