A backpack is uncomfortable, it still won't fit full list of groceries for 1-2 weeks, let alone the occasional bigger purchases and going to store every day isn't an efficient or pleasant thing. Care to explain how physical training will make you immune to dehydration and heat strikes? Also, when a construction worker like me is supposed to "train more" in order to not hinder my efficiency at my physically-demanding work and still have some free time? And most importantly, what are we going to do with older people, injured people and people with genuine heart/respiratory system issues-also tell them to just breathe more air, do more exercises and, maybe, just become younger and healthier instead of being old and ill, duh?
