I had an IT guy round today to fix it. Although my motherboard is brand new the BIOS was corrupt or something. He reset it by removing the battery and it seemed to work@@drewhalloran9
@@drewhalloran9 if you get the blackscreen after winows logo (so you see your bios picture ann can see can see winows loading) hold ctrl und constantly press F8 before winows logo appears (can be kinda hard thince through ssd's and fast boot are pretty fast) this should bring you in windows repair mode where you then under some option can find advanced start options (alternativly constanly rebooting while windows tries to boot should also get you there after it tries to make some diagnoses) good luck

@omgharat7877 can't load into safe mode without seeing my screen to begin with is the issue. I've since solved the issue. But safemode boot wasn't an option until I could see my screen to boot into safe mode to begin with.
@peite7878 replacing hardware until something worked. I'm my case the hdmi cord simply stopped working. An updated hdmi cable essentially fixed it. . . Idk what happened there. Then I went safe mode and removed everything.
thats only a temporary fix, black screen keeps appearing on restart each nvidia driver update, I even updated my windows to 11 and my bios and no change, only ,fix, I could do is to either stay with the base driver or to set the nvidia as the main / only gpu in the bios so the integrated intel card is not even showing anymore and Im only using the nvidia one with whicever driver I want. Its the nvidia driver that causes the intel gpu to get a black screen on start

crtl + windows+ shift + b workt for me. That restatrts the Graphic Card Drivers. If you done it restart normaly and the problem with the black screen are gone

@@Pistaghioo bro whenever i open any steam game it shows black screen on full-screen mode.. when i press windows then it shows that game is running... yesterday i reinstalled my drivers and it was working fine... but today again the same problem arrived.
For some reason after having a black screen, my PC worked fine by simply hitting the restart button on my case. It then proceeded to installing a windows update and then booted into windows perfectly fine. I checked nvidia experience and it said it's on the latest driver update. So I guess it works.

@@MattKimura Actually it's not the users fault it's completely the drivers fault, and my pc is very pretty clean I never install any apps from random websites and also have very minimal apps in my pc almost my drives are empty , and over that..... These software things are very complicated and unpredictable hope these software doesn't burn our hardwares someday 🥲🥲

In case you have a black screen but managed somehow to posess a restore point, you can make an usb boot drive and start an advanced settings from there, restoring previos state after. That was only thing that helped me
useless , its just instruction on updating drivers . problem is issue started happening after i updated the driver so where am i suppose to go from there ? thank you for wasting my time .

Hello i hope you fixed this, but if you didn't my pc has a different restart button, is small and round. You have to press and close immediately using that button not the normal power button with the on/off symbol
@@TfujStary47 I already fixed my problem by removing the driver using the DISM command. Windows started with the basic graphics driver, and then I installed an older version of the nvidia driver. For those facing this issue, there's a thread on 'Bleeping Computer' that explains how to uninstall drivers using the DISM command. So you need to boot windows media installation, select "Repair your computer" and select "Command prompt"" and follow the guide.

Rest start button or just open your case and take a screw driver and connect the 2 pins on the front connector that has restart written.
You can do this,
Press windows and x
Then press U
The press R
Then press enter
That will restart your pc
edit: I think this works if you've logged in so if you can manage to log in without your screen the stuff above will work.

There are two types of NVIDIA driver. Try the alternate one to see if that fixes the issue for you.
